Open Enrollment & the Health Assessment are Now Available!
It’s that time of year again, where all participants are required to re-enroll for health care coverage, and are asked to complete an annual Health Assessment between November 1 and December 15, 2026. Completing both before the December 15 deadline will continue your medical coverage in 2027—and you could also earn a lower deductible!
Health Assessment
The annual Health Assessment (or Kaiser Health Profile) is a quick and easy questionnaire, and a handy tool that helps you keep track of and evaluate your health from year to year.
When you and your covered spouse or domestic partner both complete your annual Heath Assessment between Nov. 1 and Dec. 15, 2026:
- Medical Plans A, B, and Z — your 2027 annual deductible will be $200 less for individual coverage and up to $600 less for family coverage than if you do not take it.
- Medical Plan JC28XL & Kaiser — your 2027 out-of-pocket maximum will be $200 less than if you do not take it.
Both you and your eligible spouse must take the Health Assessment (or Health Profile). If only one of you completes it, neither of you will receive the lower deductible.
