WellRight Health Coaching offers the support and resources you need to succeed.

WellRight health coaching is a personalized phone-coaching program that connects PPO plan participants to trained health coaches. The program offers you confidential support and resources to help your improve your health and healthy habits – all at no-cost to you.

A WellRight health coach will work with you to make simple lifestyle changes – changes that can make a big impact on your overall health and wellbeing. A WellRight Health Coach can help you:

  • Improve eating habits

  • Increase regular exercise

  • Lower and manage your daily stress

  • Quit tobacco

  • Lose or manage weight,

  • Build better health habits, and more!

Health Coaching is provided by WellRight, an independent health management service provider. Any information you share will not be shared with your union or employer.

Join Health Coaching

Call WellRight at (800) 882-2109 or visit the Trust’s WellRight site. If it’s your first visit, you’ll be asked to register and answer a few health questions to get started.

Participation Incentives

When you complete three calls with your health coach, you could receive a $50 check just for participating. You may participate in any wellness program offered by the Trust, but you may earn only one incentive per participant and one per covered spouse or domestic partner, each year.

The $50 check is a taxable incentive of around $75 depending on the state in which you reside. Estimated state (if any) and federal taxes of around $25 have been withheld and paid by the Trust, resulting in your net check of $50. You will receive a W2 from the Trust after year-end.

Your privacy matters

All wellness programs, including health coaching, are paid for by the Trust and provided by independent service providers at no additional cost to you. Any information you share on your Health Assessment or with any one of the programs is completely confidential, protected by federal law, and cannot be shared with your union or your employer without your permission.
