Lifestyle Coaching
A personalized phone-coaching program that connects you to trained health professionals that can help you make positive changes in your life, stay on track, and reach your own health goals.
Meet and beat your health goals with Lifestyle Coaching.
When you take your online Health Profile, if you provide your phone number, a Lifestyle Coach may contact you depending on your profile answers. A Lifestyle Coach can help you with:
Weight management
Tobacco cessation
Increased activity
Stress management
Food and nutrition
This program is offered at no cost to you and is paid in full by the Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust. It is provided by Kaiser Permanente and is voluntary and completely confidential. Visit Kaiser Permanente to learn more.
Tobacco Cessation
As a Kaiser Permanente Plan participant, you have access to the Quit For Life® Program, which gives you personalized support and a variety of tools to help you get ready, take action, and live a tobacco free life.
Quitting tobacco is about more than just not smoking.
The Quit For Life program is fully paid for by the Trust and offered to all participants and covered dependents 18 years of age and older.
Quit For Life® includes:
Quitting Aids: nicotine substitutes or medications that are right for you
Quit Guide: an easy-to-use workbook to help you stick with your plan
Quit Coach®: expert support and assistance whenever you need it

Quit For Life® is a nationally recognized, telephone based tobacco cessation program brought to you by the American Cancer Society® and Alere Wellbeing. The two organizations have decades of combined experience in tobacco cessation coaching and have helped more than a million tobacco users.
Chronic Conditions Support
Kaiser Permanente offers several no-cost, six-week workshops to help you learn how to manage your chronic conditions, pain or diabetes and improve your quality of life.
Better Choices, Better Health® with Kaiser.
Kaiser’s “Living Well with Chronic Conditions” Workshops help people learn how to manage their chronic conditions and improve their quality of life. Trained volunteer leaders, many of whom also have chronic health conditions, will help you set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and your life. Join in-person group sessions at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center locations in Western Washington or participate in online workshops – both are available for all ages and offered free of charge.
