Find An In-Network Laboratory
The Cigna OAP network offers plan participants access to two of the largest laboratories in the nation: Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) and Quest Diagnostics, Inc. (Quest).
LabCorp and Quest have some of the best pricing available so having your doctor use these labs can save you money. The next time you have lab work done, be sure to talk with your health care provider about choosing either a LabCorp or Quest service center.
Visit the Cigna Online Provider Directory and click “Find a Doctor” and then select “Open Access Plus (OAP)”. You will be redirected to the general search engine that will allow you to search for laboratory services. Or you may call Cigna at (855) 402-0272 to find a service center in your area.
Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health) offers in-network lab services when using a Group Health facility. Visit the Kaiser Permanente Provider Directory and under the “Facility Type” drop down menu select “Laboratory.” Or call (888) 901-4636 for more information.
